Description of the sales & marketing activities:​​

  • Supervised online and offline marketing activities across 15 U.S. locations

  • Developed comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, successfully launched five new escape room locations

  • Monthly budget management & reporting on ROI and KPIs

  • Working on pricing strategies and promotions to boost sales

  • Managed PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Reputation management on platforms such as Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor

  • Led online ticket sales on Groupon and various coupon sites

  • Created email marketing campaigns and corporate newsletters

  • Organized campaigns around high-demand periods, including Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.

  • Built brand awareness through targeted social media efforts

  • Led preparations for franchising expos and conferences

  • Oversaw brand strategy for the main franchise and individual locations

  • Kept franchising sales materials updated (presentations, brochures, one-pagers) 

  • Analyzed website data using Google Analytics and Tag Manager

  • Optimized the website and led SEO and UX/UI improvements

  • Improved the website's booking flow to streamline the user journey and increase conversions

  • Coordinated a major website redesign in collaboration with designers and developers

  • Maintained strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and partners to support long-term collaboration and mutual growth

Project highlight: Launching PanIQ Room’s flagship location at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip, featuring 7 escape rooms and a full-service cocktail bar.​
