  • Generate sales through room bookings with a focus on upselling premium suites

  • Process bookings in PMS, phone, email, and online platforms

  • Deliver first-class customer service

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and guests

  • Handle guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments efficiently

  • Monitor and manage guest profiles as the team's Guest Recognition Specialist

  • Manage contracts with corporate clients, wholesalers, and travel agencies

  • Prepare and analyze forecasting reports and apply dynamic pricing strategies
