Description of the business development activities:

  • Working with clients in the IT sphere, including projects in cybersecurity, logistics, education, finance, etc.

  • B2B sales strategy and client management

  • Introducing incoming leads our product design and research methodologies

  • Understanding leads’ pain points and challenges; proposing solutions to address them

  • Creating initial project plans and product roadmaps for prospective clients

  • Strategic development of sales processes

  • Development of a new sales funnel and sales reporting processes

  • Maintaining contact with key accounts and building strong partnerships

  • Negotiation of contracts and pricing

  • Development of new sales and marketing qualifications,

  • Creating sales materials such as pitch presentations, proposals, and one-pagers

  • Worked on refining the agency’s value proposition

  • Ideated on new services to introduce to our target audience

  • Collaborated on a comprehensive company portfolio for prospects

  • Conducted competitor analysis and evaluated industry best practices

  • Strong collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a high occupancy rate
